Frapid is smart luxurious retail cafe by Chupa Chups, which elevates the experiential aspects of fruit-based products. Bringing out the freshest Chupa Chups’ fruity ingredients to present them in a whole new level gems-inspired thematic space.

FRAPID promotes its brand value by supporting anti food-waste movement through sustainable products.

The art direction including the color palette involves dichroic glass which is inspired by the lollipop texture and gloss reflecting surface to give a modern, luxurious, and futuristic look and feel.

STEP 1: DOWNLOAD THE FRAPID APP
Stepping into the innovation of smart dining experience, the consumers will be exposed to the evolution of modern dining in the digital age with technological advances and programs tailored to the retail cafe.

STEP 2: ORDERING AND INGREDIENTS SELECTION
Customers will be able to choose the fruit ingredients and the design of gemstones for the dessert. Through customization fresh fruits selections, this will bring more personalized experience to the customers. By utilizing farm to table concept, Frapid highlights the importance of consuming organic fruit for a healthy lifestyle.

STEP 3: TAKE A SEAT AND ENJOY THE DESSERT
The fruit ingredients will be delivered to the kitchen through a conveyor belt. Through open kitchen concept, customers can see their freshly picked varieties of fruit ingredients will then be carefully crafted through the exploration of molecular gastronomy into gemstone-inspired luxurious dessert by the fruit lapidary.

STEP 4: INFORMATIVE INTERACTION
After the customers are satisfied with the healthy cravings, the lapidaries will clean the table and place the jewellery tray along with a tablet. The fruit lapidary will explain the purposeful methodology of transforming fruit waste into wearable jewelry.

STEP 5: JEWELLERY SHOWCASES
Interested customers will be able to preview and virtually try on the jewelry through augmented reality (AR) on the tablet screen and/or on the display installed on the wall, providing a sensory experience to their customers.

Followed up by directing them to the retail displays, that showcase wearable item made from fruit waste.
A QR code will be shown by the end of the experience to direct the customers to our website for Point of Purchase, giving them a holistic experience from offline to online.
