The Uglicious is a campaign to raise social awareness about food waste, starting by changing people’s mindsets and perspectives on ugly food. We aim to engage people to embrace ugly food by promoting them as art pieces in an aesthetic presentation, bringing up its value of appreciation.

 Through an interactive pop-up store exhibition and also an integrated app as a point of purchase, we combine the art museum concept with pop art characteristics that blur the distinction of high-end and low art, creating a fun and entertaining aesthetic enjoyment to deliver our message to the younger people.
